will come your strength.”

At Well Within Psychology, we take a collaborative, relational and holistic approach to accomplish your goals. Well Within Psychology provides individual therapy for adults and adolescents with a wide range of cultural, religious, sexual, and gender orientations.  We use an integrative approach that combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Our holistic and relational approach is aimed not just at alleviating the most immediate and obvious symptoms, but also helping clients lead healthier and happier lives. We believe that through therapy, you can have stronger and more meaningful relationships as you learn more about yourself and gain better skills for coping with the difficulties of your day-to-day life.

Telehealth & COVID-19

Telehealth is the delivery of psychological services via technology. At Well Within Psychology, we use a secure, and easy to use application to conduct remote therapy sessions to your personal computer or device. During the current Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, Telehealth can help us all stay safe and healthy while clients can continue to receive treatment. Telehealth can also be a useful treatment for those with busy schedules or who have difficulty attending in-person sessions. Telehealth has been shown to be as effective as in-person sessions. In fact, some patients report Telehealth to feel more comfortable than in-person sessions because the therapy can be done in the security of their own homes.

If you are feeling the stress of COVID-19 or want to start therapy for any other reason, you don’t have to wait for the pandemic to end before seeking help. The best way to prevent long-term negative mental health outcomes is to address stress and trauma soon after the event occurs.
