Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is what many people consider to be “traditional” therapy, where the primary focus is to reveal the unconscious to alleviate difficulties they cause in day-to-day life. This includes recognizing resistance and working through painful memories and difficult issues. The benefits of the therapy continue to grow even after the treatment has concluded. Psychodynamic psychotherapy relies on the interpersonal relationship between client and therapist more than many other forms of psychotherapy. OUR SESSIONS: The relationship between the therapist and the client is central to this type of therapy. Our sessions help you gain insight into your life and your present day problems. In a safe environment, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and past experiences in order to help you gain insight into your current self.

“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
– Carl Jung
